* All main parts are being presently imported from GM Korea in finished condition

*Bearing pressing in Hub, Spindle Assy. With Hub, Hub Assy with Axle, Mtg. Of Hoses and Cables, Inspection and quality checks.

Hero Motors is in negotiations at last stage for signing a Joint Venture agreement with one of the world’s third largest alternate fuel kit manufacturers for the manufacturing of LPG and CNG gas fuel systems (GFS) with complete facility of design testing and manufacturing.

With a vision to diversify the company’s product portfolio, Hero Motors has recently formed its new venture named as Hero Aviation Private Limited and very soon the company will be joining hands with World’s leader in LSA (Light Sports Aircraft) where complete manufacturing and MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) facility will be set up in technical assistance with the JV partner. Company has identified an area of 300 acres for set up of an SEZ having facilities of Hero Aviation Pvt. Ltd. (HAPL) and allied services, which will begin its operation in early half of 2009 as per plan. |
